THE RESTAURANT

Let us welcome you to our signature dining room and be prepared for a taste experience you will remember for a very long time. Our menu features child-friendly choices as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Open to everyone

The restaurant is also open to people who are not staying at the hotel..

Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m.
Sundays from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.

Breakfast

Every morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast by choosing from our sweet and savoury buffet: homemade cakes, jams and marmalades, croissants, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, cold cuts and many other wholesome foods. In the warmer months of the year, breakfast is served outdoors on the terrace which is directly adjacent to the breakfast hall.

Light Lunch

For guests wishing to have lunch at the hotel, our chef offers a light lunch menu for a refreshing meal without feeling heavy. Platters of cured meats and cheeses from our valley are served with tasty sauces and mustards, cold dishes, fresh salads and homemade desserts.

THE GARDEN

Our hotel is surrounded by the woods and mountains of the Saisera Valley. The ideal setting to enjoy the sun, the crisp mountain air and the cool shade of the pine trees. We look forward to welcoming you to our garden so that you can enjoy your much-desired holiday in total relaxation surrounded by nature!

THE BAR

The hotel also has a typical mountain-style indoor bar, which will welcome you on snowy winter days and host you on the outdoor terrace in the summer.
